Traffic Regulation Orders

A Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) is a legal order that is required by the Highway Authority to restrict or prohibit an activity on the highway. They include speed limits, weight limits, waiting restrictions and parking restrictions and are often referred to as a TRO.
