Customer feedback annual reports

The purpose of the annual reports is to fulfil the Council’s statutory duty to produce an annual report for reviewing the effectiveness of the social services complaints procedures.

The reports provide statistics on:

  • the number of statutory complaints recorded and actioned;
  • the performance against timescales for handling complaints;
  • complaint trends and outcomes;
  • learning and improvements resulting from complaints.
