Family Support

This service undertakes medium to long term work with families. They ensure that needs and risks are identified and following assessments will develop plans alongside the family to resolve them. 

The Family Support Teams enable families to deliver the actions identified with plans ensuring that resources are accessible and ensuring that children and young people are safe.
