Town and Country Planning is dealt with by the Development Planning and Control Section at County Hall, which is part of the Planning and Transport Policy Group. The DPC Section consists of four teams. Our structure is attached below.
You are reminded to contact the District Councils for planning applications and enquiries for extensions/alterations to houses & applications for new buildings; extensions/alterations to industrial buildings; changes of use; and also specialist applications such as those for listed buildings, advertisements, conservation area consents and work on trees.
