This is a list of our charges for 2008-2009
Please note this only lists regular requests for our Services for which standard charges have been set. We also provide other Services for which an hourly rate is charged. The hourly rate is set annually and depends upon the member of staff who undertakes the work. Where this is applicable you will be informed and an hourly rate quoted prior to the work being started.

Planning Application Fees are set nationally. Amended fees came into force on 6 April 2008.

Road Adoptions
|
A fee of 7.5% of the value of the highway works is normally required and a fee to cover the legal costs in preparing a Section 38 Agreement.
If a developer begins work on the road before a Section 38 Agreement is in place then this fee raises to 10% to cover the inspection and checking costs.
We recommend that due to the complexities involved in adopting a road and the associated fees you contact us in the first instance so that we can advise you on the process and the cost of the work. This advice will ensure you pay the correct fee.
