Future Consultation

Community information sessions specifically on the Bedfordshire Energy and Recycling (BEaR) Project are being planned for mid 2008. The previous consultation, was very well received and provided a forum to ask questions and seek further information. It is intended that the information sessions will provide a similar opportunity for the public.

We will have a series of information evenings, produce leaflets and publish articles in We Love Bedfordshire Magazine (the County Council’s publication delivered to all households in the county). The first article on BEaR appeared in the January 2008 edition.

• The BEaR Project Telephone Number (01234 718014) is open during normal business hours. You will be able to get regular updates on progress on this number and can ask any questions you may have as the project progresses.
• If we can’t answer your questions straight away, we will record your query and forward it to a member of the BEaR team who will respond directly to you within two working days, in accordance with the Council’s charter.
