Young people and youth development

The Cultural Opportunities Group provides a wide range of opportunities for young people through several of its services: Arts, Sport and Music. The County Youth Service also offers a wide range of non-formal learning opportunities through a range of activities, many of which are delivered through youth centres, detached work and outreach work (see Youth Service link).

The Youth Service is a key partner with the Connexions Service for Bedfordshire and Luton.  Information about the national service can be found through the Connexions link.

The Cultural Opportunities Group also co-ordinates the work of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
