Newly Qualified Teacher's Registration Form 2007-8| (word document opens in new window)
This form should be used to register your NQT(s) with Jill Birch, School Improvement Team, Prebend House, Stephenson Court, Fraser Road, Bedford MK44 3WH or fax to 01234 831577. 

NQT Assessment Forms

This should be sent to Jill Birch, School Improvement Team, at the end of each term for NQTs on full time contracts. Part time NQTs should be assessed on a pro rata basis.

NQTs that start induction from September 2007 onwards should be assessed against the new NQT Induction Standards.

Assessment forms should be completed and sent to Jill Birch by the following dates for academic year 2007/08. Part time NQTs should be assessed on a pro rata basis.

The termly assessment forms for full time NQTs who started induction in September 2006 need to be returned to Jill Birch, School Improvement Team, by the following dates at the latest:

End of Induction Assessment – Friday 6 July 2007

The termly assessment forms for full time NQTs who started induction in January 2007 need to be returned to Jill Birch, School Improvement Team, by the following dates at the latest:

End of 2nd Assessment period – Friday 14 September 2007
End of Induction Assessment – Friday 7 December 2007

The termly assessment forms for full time NQTs who start induction in April 2007 need to be returned to Jill Birch, School Improvement Team, County Hall by the following dates at the latest:

End of 1st Assessment period – Friday 14 September 2007
End of 2nd Assessment period– Friday 11 January 2008
End of Induction Assessment – Friday 14 March 2008

The termly assessment forms for full time NQTs who started induction in September 2007 need to be returned to Jill Birch, School Improvement Team, County Hall by the following dates at the latest:

End of 1st Assessment period – Friday 11 January 2008
End of 2nd Assessment period – Friday 25 April 2008
End of Induction Assessment – Friday 4 July 2008
