Bedfordshire County Youth Fourth Orchestra

The Fourth Orchestra is made up of string players of an intermediate standard. There are no specific age limits for the Fourth Orchestra, but the majority of the players are from 9-15 years of age. Entrance is usually by promotion from the County Junior Strings or by teacher recommendation.  The Orchestra explores a wide range of styles and musical periods, providing members with a wonderful opportunity to further develop their playing and ensemble skills.

Approximate Standard:  Grade 3+

Entry Requirements:  By teacher recommendation
