Tutors art work is a success

Norma Wall a former Adult and Community Learner who is now teaching Pottery for ACL, has been declared the winner of the SculptureVictoria and Albert Museums Inspired by...... 2007 competition.

The sculpture was inspired by Lopes's and Russell's  ' The Clans and Tartans of Scotland' due to the way the cover materials had changed the images, which although distorted were still recognisable.  Norma used beer cans to turm one of her life-drawing sketches into something soft and malleable yet recognisably still tin.

If you are unable to visit the VandA in London to view the piece then visit the Victoria and Albert Museum website|.

Well Done Norma and maybe you too could be a future exhibitor, why not sign up for one of our courses and let your creativity flow....
